Booking
Sessions are confirmed instantly. A telescope and guide are allocated automatically to suit your target and group size. Prices are per booking and shown before you confirm.
Weather
Forecasts are refreshed hourly from Open-Meteo. When cloud cover for your session passes our risk threshold, we offer alternative nights. If the sky is closed on the night, your guide will run an indoor session or move your booking free of charge.
Cancellation & changes
You can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before your session (the owner may change this window). Weather alternatives can be accepted any time they're offered.
Privacy
We store your name, email, optional phone number and booking notes only to run your session. Your email and reference are needed to access your booking. We never sell your data.
